What is XP Coaching Cohort?
The Executive Pastor role is a unique and demanding role. It brings with it pressures, stresses and leadership challenges that few people understand. XP Coaching Cohort has been designed to provide a context for Executive Pastors to engage regularly with people who DO understand and care. It is formatted so that there is a balance of content input, personal/executive coaching and peer interaction. All this is targeted to help the Executive Pastor grow personally, thrive as a leader and stay 'ahead of the game' on best practices.
What's included in XP Coaching Cohort?
- Twice monthly 45 minute coaching phone calls that include life balance perspective as well as XP role perspective
- Quarterly regional cohort gatherings (breakfast or lunch) for group interaction/peer consulting and content input from your coach
- Monthly XP resource email with helpful, practical recommendations regarding staff supervision, leadership development, personal growth, strategic planning, etc
What commitment do I need to make to participate in an XP Cohort?
- Make an initial six month commitment to the group
- Be responsible for scheduling and initiating your bi-monthly coaching call
- Follow through on the action items that you agree to
- Participate in your Cohort's quarterly gatherings
